We know life happens — and we completely understand that plans can change. We simply ask that you give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer that time to another client who may be waiting. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment, or no-shows, will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service cost. We truly value your time and ours, and this policy helps us continue providing the personalized care you deserve.
